This farm slowly grew into a small town as train stations and post offices were added, and the area attracted more residents and tourists as it became known as a great place to ski in the winter. With top-notch schools and a thriving historic downtown area, Cary has transformed into a friendly suburban city and, over the decades, become a true community.
